Join me for a gentle introduction to Ayurveda, an ancient “science of life” that helps you reconnect with your natural rhythm. This beginner-friendly workshop is designed to help you better understand your body, your energy, and how to support both through simple, intentional daily practices.

During our time together, we will explore:

• The foundations of Ayurveda and why it remains relevant for modern life
• The three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and how they shape your unique constitution
• A guided dosha quiz to help you better understand your personal balance
• Common signs of imbalance and how they may show up in everyday life
• Simple, grounding practices to support digestion, energy, and overall wellness
• How to begin creating your own ideal daily routine using Ayurvedic principles
• An introduction to Ayurvedic kitchen staples and how to stock a supportive, nourishing kitchen
• The foods and flavors that best support each dosha, with practical ways to incorporate them into your meals

You’ll also receive a take-home set of 6 nourishing recipes (2 for each dosha) designed to help you begin applying Ayurvedic principles in your own kitchen right away.

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your body, a personalized framework for your daily routine, and approachable tools you can begin using immediately to feel more balanced and supported.
